When they onboard to your project, each employee will select their method of payment - either direct deposit or check. Checks are sent in the mail while direct deposit funds straight from your bank account into theirs.
We highly recommend that everyone chose direct deposit as their method of payment. Not only is it fast and secure, but also provides the most transparency.
Employees paid via direct deposit can expect to receive their payroll within 2-4 business days of a payroll being issued.
Some employees, like SAG-AFTRA members, must be paid via a check according to their union contract. They will receive payment via check to the address that they choose when onboarding to your project.
Employees paid via check can expect to receive their payments in the mail approximately 7 business days after a payroll is processed.
