We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Assistant Accountant who is already comfortable with production accounting workflows, studio policies, and tax incentive guidelines, and who can help keep things moving in a fast-paced accounting department.
This is a fully in-office position and requires someone who can work independently, jump in quickly, and stay on top of priorities.
You’ll be working with a supportive team in a structured studio environment where accuracy, organization, compliance, and communication really matter. We’re looking for someone fast, reliable, proactive, and still very much a team player.
Responsibilities
- Process and track accounts payable (vendors, invoices, POs)
- Code and enter production expenses accurately
- Reconcile credit cards and petty cash
- Follow studio policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with tax incentive compliance and paperwork
- Help manage day-to-day accounting workflow and priorities
- Work closely with the team to meet deadlines
- Provide general support to the accounting team as needed
Starting at $2,300 / per week DOE
