2nd Assistant Production Accountant
Job description
Beyond clerical duties, the position will assist the Accounting Department (team of 3) with overflow and Supervising Producer with tracking hot costs. Opportunities to learn will be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document prep for GRM
- Digital filing (Scenechronize)
- Cashet envelope import and saving out PDFs
- Invoice/backup loading to Cashetpay
- Collate timecards/paystubs and AP checks with back up
- Assist Supervising Producer with Excel reports and tracking hot costs
- Assist 1st with entering AP (as needed/time allows)*
Position is in house 5x week
