ACCOUTING CLERK
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter all Dolly Card transactions for multiple film productions into GreenSlate accounting software.
Perform detailed data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Support the tax incentive procedures by maintaining proper documentation and understanding qualifying expenses.
Work independently after initial training, managing time and responsibilities effectively.
Maintain clear and professional communication with production teams and vendors.
Stay focused, organized, and committed to achieving accurate and timely results.
Requirements:
Experience with Greenslate preferred
Understanding of film production accounting processes, including tax incentives
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
$250 / per day (2-3 days a week)
