AP Clerk
Job description
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Accounts Payable Clerk who is eager to grow in production accounting and is a strong team player able to take direction well. Responsibilities include managing digital accounting workflows, maintaining organized electronic filing systems, monitoring the Accounts Payable email inbox, and supporting accounting team with additional duties as needed.
Manage digital accounting workflow and invoice processing
Maintain accurate and organized electronic filing systems
Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox
Assist with vendor communication and documentation as needed
Support the production accounting team with additional duties as assigned
Follow production and studio accounting procedures and guidelines
Work collaboratively as a team player and take direction well
Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow in production accounting
$1,300 -$1,400 / per week
