AP/Payroll Clerk
Job description
You are the first person to “touch” the paper that comes into the office, and the last person to touch it before it’s filed. A “forensic” mindset to understand the entire process is a must. Ideal candidate must have an affinity towards organization and communication.
Key duties are filing, invoice/purchase order disbursement, vendor set up, processing extras vouchers, payroll time card and check filing, maintaining office needs, etc. Extreme discretion and maturity is a necessity while dealing with the sensitive information in these two departments.
The job starts June 2025 (prep) and ends at the beginning of 2026 (wrap).
$17 / per hour
