Assistant Payroll Accountant
Job description
Studio 1/2 hr scripted comedy, tax incentive show. Prefer experience processing union and non-u crew + background payroll. Starts beginning of July and will run through approx end of the year. Tax incentive experience a plus. Using EP/ SmartStart & SmartTime. Non-affil benefits.
Serve as in-office payroll dept. rep. Assist with onboarding crew/ I9 verification etc. Help enter daily times to facilitate hotcosts and check against PR to identify discrepancies. Assist with processing weekly payroll for crew and background. Print and distro physical checks as needed. Work with clerk to ensure proper digital filing. Other payroll tasks as needed.
$1950 / per week
