We’re seeking an experienced IATSE Lead Production Accountant to partner with us on a large-scale, reality cooking competition series. This is a high-profile, fast-paced production that requires both strong leadership and deep expertise in unscripted television.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of production accounting from prep through wrap
Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Collaborate closely with the production management & staff production finance team
Maintain compliance with all union, state, and studio requirements
Requirements
Experience in large-scale unscripted television (competition format preferred)
Expertise in Entertainment Partners’ SmartSuite (SmartAccounting, SmartStart, SmartTime) + Cashet
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with film and television tax incentives, particularly Connecticut’s program is a plus
Experience working with East Coast IATSE locals is critical
Ability to work on-site 5 to 6 days per week during production (May–July 2026) at Foxwoods Studios
Ideally, candidates will have an established accounting team they can bring aboard
Compensation
Competitive rate, commensurate with experience
