Part-time Bookkeeper
Job description
Boutique investment bank investing in and financing the music, film, and entertainment industry.
Looking for a candidate who has ideally been doing QuickBooks desktop daily for years.
QuickBooks certified a plus.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in QuickBooks Desktop version.
-Weekdays or weekends or both 1-3 days a week
-On site only
-Fast paced and smart, looking for those that like to be challenged to do their best
-Fluency in English for communication
-Location LA, Beverly Hills area. Free parking on site.
Small tax return work and enrolled agent is a plus.
High level of ability and comfort working off of and/or referencing previous bookkeeper's work.
Reconciliation of bank statements, royalties and residuals income to book and download, profit and loss statements, audit trail of new entries, balance sheet, multiple companies, tax prep work, filing of annual franchise or taxes.
$30-$50 / hour
