Payroll Assistant & Payroll Clerk
Job description
ISO Experienced Payroll Assistant and Payroll Clerk for NJ Netflix Feature Additional Photography in Jersey City to start on January 5th and running thru end of February 2026.
You will need to be onsite - this is not a remote-to-start or hybrid position.
Payroll Assistant and Payroll Clerk will work with Payroll Accountant to process weekly payroll. Main duties will include:
-Filing of timecards, startwork and other payroll backup
- Downloading and collating payroll invoices to send through Docusign to AP for processing
-Tracking and collecting timecards, including late submissions
-Collecting Call Sheets, Production reports and departmental timesheets
-Assisting in review and processing of NU and some offset crew timecards, depending on experience
-BG Voucher Processing
-I-9 Verification
Experience with Start+, Hours+ and Studio+ preferred. Experience with Showbiz a plus.
Payroll company is Cast & Crew.
Payroll Assistant: $1800-2200/week
Clerk: $20/hour
Rate ceilings are non negotiable and commensurate with experience.
