Payroll Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Accounting Clerk Needed
Job description
Seeking the following positions for a scripted episodic series. Work will be 100% in office. Only IL locals will be considered.
Payroll Assistant
Pay range - $20.00/hr-$22.86/hr
Est work dates - Dec '25-June '26
- SmartAccounting, SmartTime, and SmartStart experience preferred. Previous timecard processing experience a plus.
- Assisting with processing BTL timecards, background payroll, and various other payroll responsibilities
Payroll Clerk - Non union
Pay range - $16.60/hr-$17.86/hr
Est work dates - Jan '25-May '26
- Assisting the payroll department with digital paperwork filing, background payroll processing, I9 verifications and tax credit documentation, paycheck distribution
Accounting Clerk - Non union
Pay range - $16.60/hr-$17.86/hr
Est work dates - Dec '25-June '26
- Digital filing for accounts payable, Cashet, etc, distribution of paperwork between crew and the accounting department, getting DocuSign approvals, assisting with any other departmental needs
Payroll Assistant: $20.00 - $22.86 / per hour.Payroll Clerk (Non union): $16.60 - $17.86 / per hour. Accounting Clerk (Non union):$16.60 - $17.86 / per hour
