PAYROLL CLERK
Job description
Verify employee onboarding documents, including I-9s and tax forms.
Maintain accurate payroll records and crew information.
Review and audit timecards for accuracy and completeness.
Process background (BG) payroll.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to crew inquiries.
Perform administrative digital filing and maintain organized payroll documentation.
Handle sensitive payroll information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Tasks:
-Verify employee onboarding documents, including I-9s and tax forms in SmartStart.
-Entering daily time sheets in SmartTime.
-Maintain accurate payroll records and crew information.
-Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to crew inquires.
-Review and audit timecards for accuracy and completeness.
-Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
-Administrative digital filing
-Processing BG payroll
-Pulling invoices from SmartAccounting
$21.00 / per hour
