Production Accountant
Job description
We are an industry centric bookkeeping firm seeking accountants and clerks with QuickBooks Online experience to support day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of commercial and documentary clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a motivated self-starter who works well with others. Hours are available year round, but vary based on client production workload.
- Enter invoices
- Verify and file completed vendor paperwork (W9s, invoices, WC COIs, etc)
- Maintain general ledgers and post journal entries
- Enter and code credit card, p-card and petty cash transactions
- Support cost report generation
$27-$35 / per hour
