Production Accountant
Job description
Own all production finance activity for This Old House, from invoice/payroll to final cost report. You’ll partner with producers and corporate finance to keep every episode on budget and audit ready.
• Budget & Cost Tracking: Build/maintain Greenslate budgets, issue biweekly cost reports, flag variances early.
• Payroll & Labor: Process union/non union timecards in Greenslate; ensure guild rule compliance.
• AP & Cash: Code invoices, reconcile Cashet cards and forecast weekly cash needs.
• Tax Credit Support: Capture Massachusetts eligible costs and prep audit files for tax incentives.
• Closeout: Deliver clean trial balances, cost summaries, and support audits.
$2,300-$2,800 / per week
