Production Accountant
Job description
"Last Flare", a 37-min action-adventure short is being produced into a feature "The Last Flare". We're seeking an experienced production accountant for an approximate 5-day schedule beginning in early November 2025 to handle all phases of accounting, including payroll, issuing 1099s at the end of the year, etc. We have a budget in place.
*Work closely with director,
*Review crew deal memos,
*Establish correct pay rates for crew,
*Correct any discrepancies,
*Advise EP on best way to set up electronic payroll through third-party company,
*Instruct crew on how to use payroll app,
*Answer questions from crew on any payroll discrepancies that may occur.
$5,000 to $8,000
