AP Clerk & Payroll Clerk
Job description
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our accounting team on a major studio feature film shooting in Jersey City.
We are looking for people who are not only accurate and reliable, but also enjoy being part of a team. Our office is professional but friendly, and we value a positive attitude just as much as strong organizational skills.
Start dates are flexible from end of May or early June, with work continuing through end of October or early November. This is an in-office position.
- Support production accounting team with daily administrative and financial tasks
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and documentation
- Communicate clearly with internal team members, crew, and vendors
- Assist with filing, organization, and tracking of production documents
- Uphold confidentiality of payroll and financial information
$18.00 / per hour
