We are excited to announce that Andrew Colón, COO of SMUGGLER, has joined Wrapbook as an advisor.
Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in commercial production, ranging from hands-on production management to a company-level view of obligations and processes. Andrew is also the President of the AICP West Board and a member of its National Board. His involvement in the production community is well known.
With Andrew’s guidance we will continue to build Wrapbook into the very best suite of tools to make production operations simple, user-friendly, transparent, and compliant with union, state, and federal rules and regulations.
In addition to his experience, Andrew personifies the values that we aim to live up to everyday at Wrapbook: diligence, integrity, and an obsessive desire to improve. We could not be more thrilled to have him on the team.
Production is tough. Smart, hard working, problem-solving people work in our field - the producers, the crew, the accounting departments - everyone should be using the smartest systems that provide the most efficiency and value.
Payroll processing should do more than just get people paid. Payroll processing should make sense, be easy to use, and continually educate the participants, while streamlining the experience for everyone.
Wrapbook represents to me a belief that together we can make entertainment payroll:
You should not need a PhD to calculate the work week of a 1st AD, just because s/he’s working in two different places.
You should be able to easily understand your wage calculations and the taxes and withholdings taken out of your paycheck.
Wrapbook is an organization that will never stop trying to find better ways of doing things.
Please join us in our quest for simple, understandable, and better payroll.
