Automated vendor verification: Streamline compliance, reduced risk

Manually verifying vendors can be time-consuming and error-prone. Our new automated vendor verification helps you stay compliant and prevent fraud—without adding extra steps to your workflow.

• Instantly confirm vendors are legally registered and in good standing
• Reduce the need for manual checks
• Meet compliance requirements seamlessly within your existing workflow

While some teams may find this feature most useful for ensuring data accuracy, others will benefit from its ability to support compliance readiness and risk mitigation—particularly in workflows that require strict vendor oversight.

Tax ID access control: Enhanced data security

We’re introducing fine-grained permission controls for access to sensitive Tax Identification Numbers (TINs), including SSNs, EINs, ITNs, and CBNs. This enhancement allows you to grant access to only those who need it—nothing more, nothing less.

• View access to masked Tax IDs is limited to specific user roles
• Pre-configured roles with access: Company Admin, Company Manager, and Accountant
• Available beginning August 5 through August 19

This update strengthens data security while keeping your team setup flexible and easy to manage. And as a reminder, you can quickly add this permission by duplicating an existing role or creating a new one.

Production accounting updates: More automation, less friction

These updates bring powerful improvements to how you manage invoices and purchase orders—reducing manual work, increasing visibility, and helping your team stay on track with fewer clicks.

Automated invoice processing

Say goodbye to manual data entry. With our intelligent AP automation:

• Use a dedicated inbox to receive and process invoices
• Review original documents side-by-side with extracted data via our 50/50 split view
• Avoid duplicate submissions with built-in detection and clear status indicators

This upgrade transforms your AP workflow, boosting both speed and accuracy.

Streamlined purchase order relief

Managing open POs just got easier:

• View all open POs in a unified grid
• Quickly find, modify, or close PO lines
• Eliminate duplicates with simplified search and filtering
• Plus, get support for partial payments to match your actual cash flow

A more intuitive interface means you spend less time managing POs—and more time staying on budget.

Let our system handle the busywork:

• Automatically match invoices to existing POs with improved validation
• Prevent duplicate data entry
