Our Mission

Every production is a series of handoffs—creative decisions become financial commitments; financial commitments drive daily execution. But today, those handoffs are broken: data is re-entered, context is lost, and decisions rely on stale information.

Wrapbook eliminates the back-and-forth, with onboarding, payroll, timecards, AP, production accounting, budgeting, compliance, and reporting in one place. And because every financial signal flows through a single system in real time, the platform can do something no disconnected tool can: see what's coming, surface what needs attention, and tell you what to do next.

We’re building the system of action for production finance.

Unlocking AI’s potential—both for our clients, and for ourselves

Where we are
For us:
  • An internal AI assistant trained on company knowledge answers questions in real time across the business
  • AI agents handle the routine work, making room for higher-level judgment; teams use AI to put themselves more behind the wheel, not less
  • We put the best LLMs on the market in our engineers' hands, extended with skills and plugins we build in-house and MCP integrations that hook into our existing tooling
For our clients:
  • Coding agents auto-code timecards and GL entries
  • Document intelligence eliminates manual data entry
  • Anomaly detection flags problems and recommends solutions
Where we’re going
For us:
  • An agentic, institutional memory system provides a living map of how Wrapbook actually works
  • AI Agents become the backbone of our workflow—updating themselves, surfacing issues, and enabling cross-functional collaboration on an unprecedented scale
  • Our roles shift from execution to architecture; humans design and improve the systems instead of running them
For our clients:
  • A proactive daily briefing surfaces the most important decisions with context and next steps
  • Approvals learn routing patterns and handle themselves
  • Agents handle compliance checks, vendor verifications, and document processing
  • A configurable automation spectrum lets every customer decide where they trust the system to act and where they want a human in the loop

Real Stakes

“Quality payroll matters for productions. Doing things faster and better makes a world of difference for productions and workers of every pay scale.”

Daniel Ringer

Our Hiring Process

Intro call

01

This first conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your experience, interest in Wrapbook, and how you use AI tools in your day-to-day work. It's also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and our engineering team.

Hiring Manager Screen

02

Here, you’ll meet with your potential manager to dive deeper into your experience and career goals. We'll ask some questions about how your experience relates to the role while sharing more about the team's priorities and what success looks like.

AI-assisted engineering exercise

03

In this exercise, you’ll work with two members of our engineering team in a collaborative coding exercise. You're welcome to use AI tools throughout the session, as we're interested in how you reason through problems, evaluate solutions, and demonstrate your understanding—not just the final output.

Architectural deep dive (Staff+)

04

If you’re being considered for a Staff or Principal level Engineering position, you have this opportunity to walk our team through the architecture of a project you’ve previously worked on.

Career roadmap meeting

05

Then, you’ll meet with Senior Leaders to discuss your long-term career goals, growth trajectory, and what you're looking for in your next chapter. You'll also have an opportunity to learn more about Wrapbook's vision, where we're headed, and ask any questions you might have.

CEO coffee chat

06

Finally, you’ll meet with Wrapbook's CEO for a conversation about AI and the future of work. Come ready to share how you use AI in your day-to-day work, exchange ideas, and hear about how we're thinking about AI's impact on collaboration, productivity, and innovation.

The AI-assisted exercise is the core.

You’ll work alongside a shared AI agent on a real feature in an unfamiliar codebase:
Research
Use AI to orient, develop requirements,
surface edge cases. We watch how you
iterate, not whether you accept the first output.
Design & task breakdown
Compare approaches, choose one,
decompose into tasks precise enough for
a coding agent to execute independently.
Implementation & review
Submit tasks to the agent, review what comes back. Show us whether the fix is in the code or in the task description.
