The next standard in production payroll and accounting is here.

Get Started

February’s updates are all about making payroll easier to manage—and easier to fix—while helping productions stay compliant with evolving tax incentive requirements

From expanded incentive support to smarter navigation, these updates are designed to reduce friction in your day-to-day workflows and give you more confidence at every step.

Here’s what’s new this month.

Enhanced tax incentive support for Illinois and New Mexico

Wrapbook now supports tax incentive requirements in Illinois and New Mexico, helping productions maximize available credits while staying compliant—without adding manual work.

Illinois loan-out withholding

For qualifying Illinois projects that began on or after December 14, 2025, Wrapbook automatically applies 4.95% loan-out withholding to eligible wages (excluding kit rentals), helping ensure incentive requirements are handled correctly.

New Mexico tax incentive enhancements

Productions in New Mexico now benefit from expanded, end-to-end support, including:

  • 5.9% withholding for non-resident front-of-camera and above-the-line workers
  • Super Loan-Out (SLO) payment processing
  • Automatic Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) calculations

These updates remove guesswork from incentive compliance and help ensure your productions capture the full value of available credits—without extra spreadsheets or manual calculations.

Improved navigation on the Worker Detail page

We’ve made it easier to find what you need, faster. The Worker Detail page now features streamlined tab organization that improves visibility across projects and payment history.

What’s new:

  • Separate tabs for Payments and Accruals to reduce scrolling and clutter
  • A dedicated Accruals tab coming soon, aligned with the upcoming Vacation & Holidays feature

This update gives you clearer insight into worker activity while keeping frequently used information right where you expect it.

Wrapping up

From expanded tax incentive support to smarter navigation, February’s updates are all about reducing friction and keeping production teams more control.

As always, we’re building Wrapbook to reflect the realities of production—so you can spend less time managing workarounds and more time keeping projects moving forward.
