Welcome to April!
This month’s updates are focused on giving you more control, better visibility, and faster ways to get work done—whether you’re managing accounting at scale or keeping payroll moving smoothly behind the scenes.
From bulk editing tools to expanded permissions and workflow improvements, these updates are designed to reduce manual work and help your team move with confidence.
Here’s what’s new.
Managing large volumes of transactions just got a whole lot easier.
With bulk distribution changes, you can now update multiple transactions at once—editing GL accounts, locations, episodes, and more in a single pass. Plus, our built-in search and filtering tools help you quickly find exactly what you need. You’ll also get an audit trail and clear before-and-after reporting for every change.

This month also brings important updates to how teams collaborate on payroll.
You can now control who sees worker pay details with expanded role-based permissions. Choose between full access, project-only visibility, or no access—so the right people can review and approve work without exposing sensitive information.
We’ve also improved navigation with in-context worker detail drawers, allowing you to review worker information without losing your place—making it easier to move quickly through approvals and workflows.

Timecard submissions now include a more explicit attestation step for workers. Before submitting, they’re prompted to review and confirm key details about their time, adding a clearer checkpoint for accuracy. It’s a small change, but one that helps reduce follow-ups and corrections later in the payroll process.

As always, these updates are designed to help simplify and streamline your workflows, while giving you more control over your projects. And we’re not done yet.
Stay tuned for more features coming soon, including enhancements to timecard attestations, paymaster workflows, global payroll support, and more streamlined onboarding experiences. As always, our Support Team and Help Center are here if you have questions along the way.
