Designed with you in mind

Wrapbook’s Rate Finder was built specifically for production professionals. It’s intuitive and straightforward—even if you’re not a payroll expert—delivering the right rate exactly when you need it. Another of our payroll accountant users emphasizes:

“The organization is very well done. It is very pleasing to look at, not overwhelming, and I love the search bar function. The filter option is fantastic. It is relatively easy to find the rates you need. If you are not aware of how to use the paymaster or are new to using it, it is a perfect substitution or way to get your feet wet.“

How to use it

Using the Rate Finder is simple. In just a few clicks, you can access accurate union rates and start building or confirming your production budget with confidence:

  1. Follow this link and provide your basic information—the tool is completely free to use.
  2. Use the filters on Union/Local, Agreement, or Region to narrow down the displayed data.
  3. Search by role, union, department, location, and more to find the exact information you need. Don’t be afraid to play around with it. You can always hit the restart button at the top to start over.
  4. Click the plus button on the left of each individual line item to add them to your list. They'll be saved under the “My Project” tab for up to one year. This is useful if you’d like to save rates for later.

Your Interactive Guide to Union Payroll Rates

Find Your Rates

When budgeting union payroll, having a reliable resource is critical, but it’s equally important that this resource fits into your workflow. Whether you're confirming rates pre-production, verifying them on set, or planning ahead, quick access to accurate information is vital. Unfortunately, these crucial details are often buried in dense contracts and cumbersome PDFs.

The Rate Finder tackles these challenges head-on. It offers an interactive, intuitive interface and accurate, continuously updated data, streamlining union payroll management. You’ll have quick, reliable access to guild and union minimums, empowering you to budget and hire confidently.

Try it now

Wrapbook’s Rate Finder is completely free and available to everyone in the entertainment industry. Save hours of research, eliminate guesswork, and ensure your production stays on track, whether budgeting your next project or finalizing a crew deal.

Our Rate Finder covers major unions and guilds across the United States. Union contracts evolve regularly, and our dedicated team continuously updates the Rate Finder, ensuring it's current and reliable. As one of our early users who works in financial compliance notes:

“I like that the specific union contracts are listed with each job rate.”

Another assistant payroll accountant user adds:

“The region filter is really helpful to find ASA deals quicker. Also having the contract date start and end makes it easy to track who to look out for future contracts.”

Every rate is verified against the latest collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and double-checked for accuracy, so you can trust the numbers you’re using.
